There is a player called VLC player, also known as Video Lan player, its free, its a small download, and it plays just about anything!! ( incl 3gp )

3GP is a file format specially developed for third generation mobile devices.

your question is not very clear as to what you are referring to. Quality of what? From what to what? For streaming video ideal is 15 frames, 320×240 and 300kb data rate for DSL. For dvds, 720 x 480, 29.9 frames per second and 7 megabit data rate. what is gp video?

2. Select 3GP for mobile phone(windows mobile you can select avi for windows)
